Thank you for shopping with DailyBioLabs. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped. Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner, please read the timelines below so you know what to expect.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping times
Our products are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery time to the United States is 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods, which are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. If you have an account, you can also view your order status there. (Tip: if you don't see the confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder.)
Customs and import duties
Most orders reach US customers without any additional charges. In rare cases, an order shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by DailyBioLabs.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email us at with your order number and we'll help track it down or make it right. Please see our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
