Welcome to DailyBioLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dailybiolabs.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The Site is operated by DailyBioLabs, a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 97127566), with its registered address at Landdrostlaan 51, 7327 GM Apeldoorn, Netherlands. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean DailyBioLabs.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to buy from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Our products
Our products are dietary supplements. We work to display products and descriptions accurately, but actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly. Product descriptions are for information only and do not constitute medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order. Taxes, duties, and shipping are not included in the product price unless stated and are shown at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Your rights to return, refund, and cancel — including your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer buying from an EU-based seller — are set out in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and the "DailyBioLabs" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
9. Third-party links and tools
The Site may include links or tools from third parties, provided "as is." We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties of any kind, except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyBioLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence. Any disputes will be subject to the competent court of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
